Delivery For Online Orders

Please allow 2-3 days for delivery once payment has been cleared.

Deliveries are made en route between 7am and 6pm, therefore a delivery time cannot be confirmed. Delivery is Monday to Friday only, excludes Saturdays.

FREE delivery for orders over R800-00. R100-00 delivery is charged on orders below R800-00. Delivery to specific areas is done on certain days.

Kindly note, that no refunds are allowed, you may keep a credit on your account or change for another product. Items cannot be packed less than 500g.

Storage of Products

It’s crucial to remember that the majority of our BBTyN Foods Meat Products items are perishable, so you should be careful to adhere to the suggested storage guidelines. We are unable to accept any returns for products that were handled or stored improperly by you.

Returns Policy

Due to our obligation and commitment to public health and safety, we cannot accept returns of perishable products that have been bought incorrectly due to customer fault or where a customer had a change of mind. Please check all your purchases upon online submission and checkout.

Refunds Policy

Kindly note, no refunds are allowed, you may keep a credit on your account or change for another product. Items cannot be packed less than 500g. Please note meat will be supplied frozen unless specified.

Orders must be checked thoroughly with our driver upon delivery – BBTyN Quality Foods Meats cannot be held responsible for shortages once our driver has left.
