Who is BBTYN Financials?

Bogolo Ba Tumelo Ya Naledi (Pty)Ltd is the mother company to BBTyN Auto and BBTyN Financials

We are NCR registered.

Bogolo Ba Tumelo Ya Naledi was established in 2017. We started selling car tyres and car panel beating services. We became an approved product supplier on Brown Sense. Covid-19 days drove our business online and since then we had delivered to most parts of South Africa successfully.

Our Stokvel is a drive from our economy that makes households not to afford most valuables like the following:

  • School fees
  • University or college fees
  • Term groceries
  • Car maintenance
  • Holiday
  • Medical care
  • and many more

With BBTyN Stokvel:

  1. You can pay off the school fees or part of university fees in January,
  2. you can buy a 3 months or more groceries and this will reduce on monthly expenditure.
  3. Plan for car maintenance and tyre replacement.
  4. A holiday is a therapy on its own and you need to consider it.
  5. Medical aid get depleted anytime of the year when you need a Doctor

It is Essentially to always give back to our loyal clients. Let’s classify a component or a piece of a capital loan amount being requested by the client, similarly to a company whom require a share capital to fund the business operations and distribute profits as dividends to reward the investors for their capital, or the bank will request clients to make fixed deposits so that they can be able to fund loan requests from clients. So it is when you are a BBTyN Stokvel member

We simplified and improved the same concept in order to pay maximum returns to the Stokvel Members at the same time without exposing the company to unacceptable risk level. We achieved this through monthly contributions or what can also be called a stokvel approach. E.g. Client A makes an online application or walk in to BBTyN Financials for a payday loan of R1000.00, BBTyN Financials will there after contacts all necessary checks, the loan gets approved and a stokvel member with up to date confirmations earn a 1.33%.

Judging from the example above the Stokvel members have managed to get a return of 4% in 90 days which is very, very high when compared to other savings on the same class, such as bank fixed deposit, Listed shares and so on. However, the example is based on perfect business conditions.

The single biggest risk in Cash Loan Business is clients defaulting on their Payments. This savings strategy was customized specifically to count such a risk. E.g. BBTyN Financials receives 10 applications from 10 clients, all of them request R1000.00 payday loans and are all approved. BBTYN Financials Stokvel 10 clients. Month-end 9 Clients pays, one defaults each stokvel member earn their 1.33% from 9 clients. Even though there was one Client defaulting all stokvel members still made a return of 4% in 90 days.

If we were to take a very moderate return of 4% multiply by 12 months that will be 16%, plus a recurring R55 each for the members you recruited, this is almost 20% and more of the initial investment.  This is really the power of unity amongst people.

It is also important to note two things the last example has ignored, the power of compounding interest and the fact in cash Loan Business Clients defaults does not necessarily mean money is lost is simply means there is delayed collection
