IMPORTANT PLAN RULES

1. Eligibility

* Valid South African ID or Driver’s License required
* Active contact details
* Proof of income or ability to pay
* Bank account required for DebiCheck payments

2. Payment Terms (DebiCheck)

* Monthly payments processed via *DebiCheck*
* Minimum contribution: *R150 per month*
* Contribution may increase depending on vehicle & parts quality
* Payments must be made on agreed date
* Missed or failed DebiCheck payments may affect benefits

3. Waiting Period

* Claims can only be made after 6 months of active contributions

4. Available Balance & Top-Up

* Claims are limited to available balance
* If part cost exceeds balance:
➡️ *Top-up payment required*

5. Collection of Parts

* Parts will only be issued once claim is approved
* Customer must present valid ID upon collection
* Ownership remains with BBTyN until fully paid where applicable

6. Returns & Warranty

* No refunds on parts issued under the plan
* Warranty is subject to supplier/manufacturer terms
* Faulty parts will be handled according to warranty policy

7. Cancellation

* Plan cannot be cancelled after parts have been claimed
* If cancelled before claim:

* Terms and admin conditions may apply
* Outstanding balances remain payable

8. Missed Payments*

* Customer will be contacted to make arrangements
* Continued non-payment may result in:

* Suspension of benefits
* Loss of bonuses
* Account action

9. Agreement

* By joining, the customer agrees to all terms & conditions
* BBTyN reserves the right to approve or decline applications
* Terms may be updated when necessary
